Do I have to buy anything?
No. The preview is free and there is no obligation. We ask for no payment details on the form. If the concept is not right for you, tell us and that is the end of it.

What happens to the concept if I do not go ahead?
Nothing. We do not publish it or use your business name anywhere. The design itself stays ours, so it cannot be handed to another developer to build, but your business information remains yours.
Is the website free?
No — and we will not pretend it is. There is no upfront design or development fee: you pay $0 to start, then one monthly price (Starter at $119/month, Growth at $179/month, or Lead Engine at $299/month for the first 12 months at launch pricing, then $199, $299 or $499) with a 12-month minimum agreement. That monthly price covers the build, hosting, security, maintenance and support. Is there a contract?
Yes. Subscription websites have a 12-month minimum agreement, which you sign before any build work starts. The agreement continues month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice — no termination fee and no domain-transfer fee.
Who owns my website on a subscription plan?
You own your domain, your logo and branding, your photos, the copy we write for you, and all your leads, customer data and analytics accounts. Graphcast owns the design, templates and code, which you use under licence while you are subscribed. That is what makes $0 upfront possible. If you want to own the design and code outright, we quote a buyout in writing before you commit.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes. If your current site is slow, looks dated on a phone, or never sends you leads, we rebuild it and keep your domain and Google rankings intact. A redesign works on any monthly plan with $0 upfront, or as a one-time project. We handle the migration either way.
