How long does a website take?
Most Starter sites launch 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your content checklist; larger Growth and Lead Engine sites take 3 to 4 weeks. The only thing that slows a project down is waiting on photos and business details, so we send a short checklist on day one.
Is there a contract?
Yes. Subscription websites have a 12-month minimum agreement, which you sign before any build work starts. The agreement continues month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice — no termination fee and no domain-transfer fee.
Who owns my website on a subscription plan?
You own your domain, your logo and branding, your photos, the copy we write for you, and all your leads, customer data and analytics accounts. Graphcast owns the design, templates and code, which you use under licence while you are subscribed. That is what makes $0 upfront possible. If you want to own the design and code outright, we quote a buyout in writing before you commit.
Can't I just use a DIY or AI website builder?
You can, and for some businesses it is genuinely fine. What the builder will not do: write pages around the searches your customers actually type, align your Google Business Profile, keep everything updated, or answer the phone when something breaks. You still have to do it all yourself. A builder is cheaper per month; a Graphcast plan costs more because a professional does the building, the updates and the upkeep instead of you. If a DIY tool genuinely fits your situation, we will say so.
Do I need a website if I already have a Google Business Profile or Facebook page?
A Google Business Profile gets you on the map, but Google trusts profiles that link to a real website, and customers who compare two businesses usually pick the one with its own site. Facebook pages bury your info under an interface you do not control. A website fixes both — and with $0 upfront, cost is no longer the reason to wait.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes. If your current site is slow, looks dated on a phone, or never sends you leads, we rebuild it and keep your domain and Google rankings intact. The redesign is free with any monthly plan, or as a one-time project. We handle the migration either way.
If I buy a website outright, do I own it?
