What changed

Contractors using QuoteSpan report capturing more leads and quoting faster. Those are their words about their own businesses, not a figure we measured, so we are not putting a percentage on it.
A homeowner can draw a fence line on a satellite map and get a price range in about thirty seconds, without a site visit.

QuoteSpan is our own product: instant quote forms contractors embed on their websites. It turns their pricing rules — materials, labor, markup, add-ons — into a form that gives the homeowner a price range on the spot and sends the contractor a qualified lead. Try it at quotespan.com.

Why it exists

Watching Houston trades quote from spreadsheets, we kept seeing the same leak: a homeowner asks for a price, the contractor answers two days later, the job has already gone to whoever answered first. The quote is the sales process, so we productized it.

What was built

The full stack: the marketing site, the form builder contractors configure their pricing in, and the embeddable widget that runs on any website. The demo on the homepage runs a real fence-quoting form — the same setup our client Robust Fence uses to capture estimates.

The result

Contractors run their quote intake on QuoteSpan today, and they tell us it captures more leads and shortens the quote turnaround. That is their account of their own businesses — we do not have access to their books, so we are not attaching a percentage to it.

What we measured ourselves, on desktop in July 2026: 99 Lighthouse performance, 100 for SEO, and zero layout shift.
