Website Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms cover use of this website only. They are not a services agreement and they do not govern any project Graphcast Web Design builds for you. Scope, price, payment schedule, ownership of the finished work, warranties and liability for paid work are set out in the written agreement we sign before a project starts. Where this page and that agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Who these terms are with
https://graphcast.com is operated by Graphcast Web Design, a web design studio serving Houston and the Greater Houston Area. Using the site means you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What you may do with this site
Read it, print it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. That is the point of publishing it.
What you may not do
- Copy the site's design, page structure, or written content wholesale for another web design business.
- Scrape it in bulk, or use it to train a model that is then sold as a competing service.
- Harvest the contact details published here to send unsolicited sales, SEO, or outsourcing pitches.
- Submit the contact form with false details, or use it to send spam or malicious content.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the site, its form handler, or the server it runs on.
Ownership of this site's content
The text, design, code, logos and images on this website belong to Graphcast Web Design or to the clients whose work is shown, and are used with permission. Screenshots of client websites are published as portfolio material; the underlying brands belong to those businesses.
The information on this site
The guides, pricing and advice here are written carefully and kept current, but they are general information about web design and local search — not professional advice for your specific situation. In particular:
- Prices published here are current launch pricing and can change. The price that binds is the one in your written quote.
- Nothing on this site is a promise of a search ranking, a position in Google's map pack, a volume of leads, or a return on investment. Nobody controls those, and any web designer who guarantees them is guaranteeing something they cannot deliver.
- Signage, permitting, licensing and business formation guidance in our guides is general orientation only. Requirements vary by city, county, landlord and property. Confirm them with the relevant authority.
- Nothing here is legal, tax, or accounting advice. For those, use a professional in that field.
Links to other sites
We link to client websites, tools and reference material. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices.
Contact form submissions
Sending the form does not create a contract, a project commitment, or a professional relationship. It starts a conversation. We aim to reply within one business day but do not guarantee a response time, and we may decline any enquiry. What we do with the details you send is set out in our privacy policy.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors, or free of interruption. We may change, move, or remove any page at any time.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Graphcast Web Design is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability arising from paid project work is dealt with in the signed agreement for that project, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute about this website will be handled by the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
