Marketing Assistant

Graphcast Limited Co. is looking to hire an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to help with boosting our social media presence and increase users engagement with one of our websites. You will be reporting directly to the head of marketing and assisting with daily social marketing tasks, content editing and acquiring new users and publishers. You may be required to conduct market research, create marketing literature, and foster strong relationships with our collaborators.

Ideal candidate is task and detail oriented with a background or education in marketing, business or communications. Knowledge of social media and basic email marketing. Great option for recent graduates or current students with flexible schedule and possibility of working remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with social media and website content.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor activity and behavior of existing website users and make plans to increase their engagement.
  • Execute marketing strategy to attract new users to the website.
  • Work with the head management to implement brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform market and client research.
  • Create reports on marketing performance.
  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
Skills requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum experience as a marketing or data entry assistant.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
  • Ability to spot emerging trends
  • Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
Education and Experience  requirements:
  • BSc in Marketing, business, communications or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) is a plus
